All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Arevontis reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Arevontis reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully processed.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed through certified third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card details. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
6. Delivery
We currently ship to multiple international destinations using trusted private courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at contact@arevontis.com. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Legal Warranty
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects in accordance with applicable French and European legislation.

Arevontis shall not be held liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
